Refund Policy
All purchases made through APEX Labs are subject to this refund policy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are applicable only for services not yet rendered or products not delivered.
A 50% processing fee may apply to some services or custom solutions.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Partial refunds may be issued for partially used services or digital downloads.
APEX Labs reserves the right to refuse refunds for services explicitly marked as non-refundable.
All refund requests must include proof of purchase, such as invoice or receipt.
Cancellations made after service commencement may not be eligible for refund.
